Pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Komitmen Dan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Pdam Tirta Siak Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management and leadership on commitment, furthermore the influence of knowledge management and leadership on performance and the effect of commitment on performance. The research population is PDAM Tirta Siak employees. A total of 122 people. The sample in this study were 122 people. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques are using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the path analysis, using software version 25 spss. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between knowledge management on organizational commitment, then leadership influences organizational commitment. Then there is a significant influence between knowledge management on employee performance, as well as leadership that affects performance. Knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment, this shows commitment is able to mediate the influence of knowledge management and leadership on performance. And organizational commitment.directly has a significant effect on employee performance.
