Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Pdam Tirta Indragiri Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance, and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance of PDAM Indragiri Hilir. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Tirta Indragiri, Indragiri Hilir Regency as many as 121 people. While the sample in this study were 121 people using census techniques. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the path analysis. The findings of the research show that there is a direct significant influence between organizational climate and leadership on job satisfaction. There is a significant influence between organizational climate and leadership on employee performance. Then indirectly organizational climate significantly influences employee performance through job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. That is, job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational climate and leadership on performance. And job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance.
