They really like their work and have a sense of responsibility on work. But the problem of salary and benefits is still considered unsatisfactory. The time available at work is considered appropriate so it is considered not to be burdened at work. From the aspect of psychology that in general there is a tendency to feel disturbed at work but still in the low category. The leadership at UIN Suska Riau is still a visionary, but there is a tendency to pay less attention to employees. Meanwhile workload and leadership both have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Workload also has a significant effect on loyalty both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. The indirect effect is greater than the direct effect. While leadership has no significant effect on loyalty and indirect influence through job satisfaction is also smaller than direct effect. Thus leadership can only explain its effect on job satisfaction only. Furthermore job satisfaction also shows a significant effect on employee loyalty.
