Pengaruh Pengalaman, Kompetensi Dan Harapan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Manager Unit Pada PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Wilayah Sumatera II
This study aims to determine the effect of Experience, Competence and Career Hopes to Performance Unit Manager at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) of Sumatera II. The population are ULaMM Unit Manager (Micro Capital Services Unit). The entire population are as big as 41 peoples. The study uses a census method, that is taken the entire population. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression.
The results of the studies show that Work Experience, Competence and Career Hopes have effect significantly to Performance Unit Manager. It means that the higher of the work experience, competence and career hopes, it will be able to improve the performance of the Unit Manager.
This study suggests the need for continuous mutations and rotations as well as special assignment in an effort to add to the experience of unit managers. In addition to increasing competence, training needs to be added related to managerial skills, selling skills and problem solving. Regarding career expectations, a clear and transparent career path is also needed. This is expected to improve the performance of unit managers.
