Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Leader Member Exchange Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Serta Implikasinya Bagi Kinerja Karyawan Pada PDAM Tirta Kampar
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload on commitment and performance, then the influence of leader member exchange on employee commitment and performance. The effect of workload on employee performance through commitment, the influence of leader member exchange on employee performance through commitment and the effect of commitment on employee performance. The population in the study were all employees of PDAM Tirta Kampar totaling 96 employees. The sample in this study were 96 employees. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques are using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the path analysis. The research findings show that workload influences commitment and performance. Likewise with the leader member exchange affects the commitment and performance. Then the indirect effect shows that organizational commitment mediates the effect of workload on employee performance, and organizational commitment mediates the influence of leader member exchange on performance and commitment directly affects employee performance.
