Analisis Kinerja Pegawai Di Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau
Government policy, efforts to realize the performance of public services in the work unit of government that is measured and can be evaluated for success, local governments need to have and implement Work Procedures based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Standard Operating Procedures are guidelines or references for carrying out work tasks in accordance with the functions and tools of performance evaluation of government institutions based on technical, administrative and procedural indicators in accordance with work procedures, work procedures and work systems of the relevant work units. The purpose of the SOP is to create a commitment about what is done by the work units of government agencies to realize good governance.
In connection with this research, a problem was formulated, namely How is the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance on Biro Umum Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau?, What is the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance on Biro Umum Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau? Leadership on Performance through Employee Job Satisfaction on Biro Umum Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau?
While the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance on Biro Umum Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau, to know and analyze the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance on Biro Umum Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau, to know and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on Performance through employee Job Satisfaction on Biro Umum Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau, and to find out and analyze the influence of Leadership Style on Performance through employee Job Satisfaction on Biro Umum Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau.
The study population was all employees who worked at Kantor Biro Umum Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau, amounting to 162 employees. In this study samples were taken using the Slovin method in order to obtain a sample of 115 respondents. But in the distribution of questionnaires, only 92 respondents returned the questionnaire. The results of the study and discussion are presented using SEM analysis or Structural Equation Modeling which is operated through the AMOS program.
The results of the study note that the leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis testing conducted proves that there is a direct influence between leadership style and job satisfaction. This supports the research of Fuller & Morrison (1999) which shows that leadership style can increase job satisfaction. Leadership style variables show a positive influence on job satisfaction, which is indicated by a significance value
