Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Siak
The more knowledge of Health Need Urgecy by the society, and a guarantee by government for the society by increasing the health facility, has became a factor that the society increase in the following year. Dinas Kesehatan as a face of government body in health facility to fulfill the society’s need of health, have another function as a regulator that consist of administration aparatur (2016-2018). The finding of this research is that there is a decreasing trend of the aparatur’s performance that hypothetically caused by inefficient of work placement and the increased of work stress, that caused the aparatur show unsatisfied at work. To find the factor that influenced the finding, researcher use the quantitative approach research, by path analysis and questionnaire with 287 sample size for 1013 population, and using works satisfaction as intervening variable.
The result of this research show that work placement has a positive and significant effect to work satisfaction and Government’s Aparaturs Performance. Therefore work stress has a negative and signicant effect to work satisfaction, but at the other side work stress has negative non significant effect to Government’s Aparaturs’ Performance. This research implication is the needed of efficient work placement by optimalized the function of Aparatur’s Knowledge and minimized Aparaturs’ Stress by managed the physical factors and minimized the non-technical factor so that the aparaturs can have more satisfaction and will show the increase trend of performance.
