Pengaruh Diklat, Budaya Organisasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Riau Yang Dimoderasi Oleh Komitmen Organisasi
This study aims to determine the effect of Education and Training, Organizational Culture and leadership, on employee performance moderated by Organizational Commitment.
The population in this study were all employees who worked at Badan Pengelola Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Riau with the status of Civil Servants as many as 109 people, because the number of employees was relatively small, so in this study sampling was taken with a census that the entire population was sampled in this study. Based on the census method, a sample of 109 respondents was obtained. But in distributing questionnaires, the Head of Agency and Head of Division did not return the questionnaire, so that only 104 respondents were surveyed, because the questionnaires returned were only 104 questionnaires (95.41%). The results of research and discussion are presented using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).
The results of the study note that training, organizational culture and leadership influence the performance of BPKAD Riau Province employees. Training and Organizational Culture affect employee performance moderated by organizational commitment. While leadership has no effect on employee performance is moderated by organizational commitment. With the existence of organizational commitment as a moderating variable, it will be able to strengthen training and organizational culture on employee performance. While leadership is not affected by organizational commitment.
