Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Perawat Tetap Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau
This study aims to determine how the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on both directly and indirectly through motivation and permanent nurses performance.
The population in this study were permanent nurses in Inpatient Installation (IRNA) at Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital of Riau Province, which amounted to 346 people. The sample was 186 respondent, obtained based on proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis.
The results showed that organizational culture variables had a greater influence on nurse performance through motivation. Likewise, job satisfaction can directly affect performance but provide a greater influence on performance through motivation. This shows motivation has an important role in improving nurse performance both through organizational culture and job satisfaction.
