ABSTRACK

This research was conducted in February on Sinaboi Kota Vilage, Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency. Aimed to obtain information about strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats owned by TPI in Sinaboi Kota Vilage and to know the strategy for developing facilities in order to help smooth and make it easy facilitate fishing activities at sea, handling catches and other activities. The method used in this study is a survey method which is done by direct observation and interviews with fishermen, fish landing owners, boat owners, fish traders and other parties associated with this research. All data obtained is processed with a SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that TPI Oki, Tompeng and Acong are located in quadrant I which are located in coordinates (24.96; 7.68), (23.36; 5.76) and (20.48; 6, respectively). 3), where this is a favorable situation for the three TPI to develop. The recommended strategy adopted in this condition is to support aggressive growth policies.
