Analisis Usaha Industri Tenun Melayu Siak Di Kabupaten Siak

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of costs, revenues, profits, R/C ratio and break even point (BEP) from the Siak malay weaving industry in Siak Regency. Siak Regency was chosen as the research location because it is one of the locations of the weaving industry in Riau Province. Respondents were taken by using purposive sampling method, namely taking respondents by selecting respondents who are specific to the cooperative ownership industry (KUB Annisa), the government (Dekranasda Kab.Siak), and personal (Mekar Permai). The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are done by questionnaire, interview and observation. Analysis of the data used includes the analysis of costs, revenues, profits, R/C ratio and break even point.
The results showed that the total cost of Annisa KUB was Rp.13,191,750 per month with an income of Rp.22,500,000 per month so the profit was Rp.9,308,250 per month or 13.19%. The total cost of Dekranasda Kab.Siak is Rp.8,413,583.34 per month with revenue of Rp.21,000,000 per month so that the profit is Rp.12,586,416.7 per month or 17.85%. The total cost of Mekar Permai is Rp.50,367,500 per month with an income of Rp.99,000,000 per month so the profit is Rp.48,632,500 per month or 68.96%. The level of R/C ratio shows that KUB Annisa has an efficiency value of 1.70, an efficiency value from Dekranasda Kab.Siak of 2.50 while the efficiency value of Mekar Permai is 1.96. Overall, the total production and selling prices set by all business units have exceeded the break even point.
