Analisis Usaha Industri Pengasapan Ikan Patin Di Desa Penyasawan Singkuang Kecamatan Kampar Kabupaten Kampar

The purpose of this study was to determine the cost of production, income and business efficiency of the catfish fumigation industry in Penyasawan Singkuang Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency.
The population of this study were 3 fish fuming industries and all of them were used as research samples. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations. The analytical method used in this study is deskriptive analysis.
Based on the results of the study, it is known that the total production costs incurred by the catfish fumigation business in the village of Penyasawan Singkuang, Kampar District, Kampar Regency, amounted to Rp. 13.605.336,81 - Rp. 19.225.166,67 with a total average cost of Rp. 16.022.152,78, -. The gross income obtained by the Patin Smokers in Penyasawan Singkuang Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency is Rp.17.850.000 - Rp.26.250.000 with an average gross income of Rp.21.700.000, while the net income is Rp. 4.244.663,19 - Rp.6.994.833,33 with an average net income of Rp. 5.677.847,22, -. The catfish industry in the village of Penyasawan Singkuang, Kampar Subdistrict, Kampar Regency has reached a fairly high level of efficiency, which is according to the formula if RCR> 1, then the catfish business reaches an efficiency level, where the RCR results range from 1.31 - 1.38 with an average of 1.35 (RCR = 1.35) which means that the business of curing catfish has reached an efficiency level.
