Strategi Pengembangan Industri Kreatif Cafe Di Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis
This study aims to find out the right strategy to develop creative industries in Mandau sub-district. The study uses secondary data and primary data obtained directly from respondents in the Cafe business in Mandau sub-district amounting to 13 business units. The analytical method used in this study is the SWOT Analysis and IE Matrix. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it shows that the cafe business in Mandau District has a strategy in developing the business, as well as in dealing with internal and external problems of the industry. Based on the analysis of the IE matrix cafe business in the District of Mandau is in cell V, which has internal and external capabilities in a state of stable growth. Based on the SWOT Analysis diagram, this strategy is in Kadar I (Aggressive Strategy). The strategy set out in this condition is to support aggressive growth policies. This strategy is more focused on the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy, namely by using strength to take advantage of existing opportunities. The development strategy undertaken is expanding the market to other areas so that the cafe business can develop and be more advanced, maintaining service quality, food and beverage tastes to maintain customer loyalty to visit the cafe business.
