Pengaruh Total Quality Management Dan Kemampuan Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Pada Rsud Bangkinang

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management and the ability of employees on company performance in RSUD Bangkinang. The population in this study included all employees of RSUD Bangkinang, amouting to 394 people.
Primary data is collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of research. To test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linier regression analysis tools with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula (198 employees at RSUD Bangkinang).
the results of the study show that :1). There is a positive and significant influence on customer focus on company performance in RSUD Bangkinang. 2). There is no positive and significant influence on the obsession with quality of company performance at the RSUD Bangkinang. 3). There is no positive and significant effect on continuous improvement on company performance in RSUD Bangkinang. 4). There is a positive and significant influence of teamwork on the company performance in the RSUD Bangkinang. 5). There is no positive and significant influence of employee involvement on the company performance in the RSUD Bangkinang. 6). There is a positive and significant effect on the ability of employees on company performance in RSUD Bangkinang.
