Analisis Reschedule Menggunakan Network Planning Pada Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Jalan Tol Ruas Pekanbaru-Dumai Seksi 1
ABSTRACT
The process of implementing Section 1 of the Pekanbaru-Dumai Highway Construction Section fixes a very significant delay. The 9.5 km Highway project work process that was completed in 13 months starting from December 2016 failed to finish in June 2018. The critical path method can find out the critical paths, any work from the project can be available pending . By analyzing the work that can be done in optimizing the implementation of the Pekanbaru-Dumai Section 1 Highway Project and analyzing the optimal duration obtained after accessing working hours on the Critical Path, the acceleration percentage obtained after working hours is obtained. The optimal acceleration in this project is on the work of Class B-1-1a Concrete Structures (reinforced concrete flooring from prestressed concrete gates U / I) 3 which has an initial speed of 1.005 days to 999 days with an acceleration percentage of 0,597 %.
