Karakteristik Pasien Batu Ginjal Dengan Tatalaksana Supine Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy(Pcnl) Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau November 2017-Mei 2018
Kidney stone diseaseis a condition where stones are formed usually within the kidneys. Management of kidney stone patients can be done by ESWL (Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy) method, PCNL (Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy), open surgery, and conservative therapy. PCNL is one of the minimally invasive method in urology that can be used to remove kidney stones by using pelvicocalyceal access. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of kidney stone patients treated with PCNL management at Arifin Achmad General Hospital, Riau Province. The research design of this study was a retrospective descriptive approach, whose data was obtained from secondary data based on the medical records of kidney stone patients who treated by PCNL in Arifin Achmad General Hospital, Riau Province. The location of the study was at Arifin Achmad General Hospital in Riau Province with total sample of 40 patients. The results showed that most kidney stone patients treated by PCNL were aged>51 years (37.5%), most sexes were women (62.5%), most stone configurations were staghorn stones (60%), hemoglobin examination showed that most of the sample were not anemia (92.5%), the most used radiological examination are BNO and CT-Scan (34.9%), average duration of surgery 30-60 minutes (60%), average length of stay 3-4 days (100%), the most used drainage is DJ-stent (97.5%), the most anesthesia given was general anesthesia (90%), and there are no postoperative complications were found.
