Gambaran Komplikasi Kehamilan Dengan Penyakit Hipertensi Gestasional Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 2014 – 2018
Gestational hypertension is the most common hypertensive disorder induced by pregnancy. Gestational hypertension is defined by systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmHg at ≥ 20 weeks of gestation in the absence of proteinuria. This study aimed to describe the complications of pregnant women with gestational hypertension in Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province, 2014 – 2018. This type of research was retrospective descriptive by using medical records of patients. Univariate analysis was used to assess the incidence of pregnancy, the characteristics of pregnant women with gestational hypertension and the frequency distribution of complications in mothers and infants. Incidence of pregnant women with gestational hypertension 2,6% (148 cases) of 148 pregnant women most at age 20 – 35 year (67,6%), multiparity (41,2%), single fetus (95,9%), vaginal delivery (56,8%). Frequency distribution of maternal complications preeclampsia (4,1%) and abruptio placentae (0%), complications of baby preterm birth (1,4%), intrauterine fetal death (6,1%),and low birth weight (6,1%). In conclusions, there were many pregnancies with gestational hypertension found in Arifin Achmad General Hospital Riau Province. The characteristic of pregnant women with gestational hypertension which were found were at age 20 – 35 year, multiparity, single fetus, and vaginal delivery. The maternal complication which was found was preeclampsia and the baby complications which were found were preterm birth, intrauterine fetal death and low birth weight.
