Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM are one of the regency or the organization the area in rokan hilir regency are required to work optimally. The demand of the job responsibilities require that every employee must be prepared to to exceed the time limit day of work, reaching only 8 hour per day. job responbilities held by all employes regardless of sex differences has caused problems will be the role of which is owned by female employees in Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM. The formulationof the problem in this research is what forms of how Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM constraints mother’s role in the civil services in Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM in do a family function and conflict that occurred in the role of the career woman civil sevants who work in regency of Rokan Hilir . The theory used in this study is a role theory, the role of woman, a double role conflict, and the family functioning. As for the other research methods used in this research is qualitative analysis method to the subject of research as many as 9 people, informant withdrawal technique is to proposive sampling technique, further data collection techniques is done by observation and in depth interviews to obtain the required data. The results showed that the shape of the conflict in the mother dual role is a conflict in the division of time between motherhood and the role of the employee, the conflict shaped the tension in running multiple roles, and the conflict in terms of behavior change because the two roles can’t be run well. In addition the results also prove that the problem is causedby by the multiple roles by research subject is emergence of anxiety, a sense stress, distress, confusion and emotionally unstable due to play two roles at the same time as the physical condition will also decrease due to demands of both that roles.
