Ir. H. Juanda Street is a two-lane two-lane road (2/2 UD) with a length of 500 m and a width of 10 m located in Pekanbaru City. On this section of the road there is a business and trade center, and other public activities. On this road section there is also an intersection with an access road to the city center and residential areas, which causes various traffic barriers. This road is traversed by various types of vehicles from heavy, light vehicles or motorbikes. As for what should be known about the performance of Jalan Ir. H. Juanda covers the capacity, volume of traffic flow, degree of saturation and vehicle speed. The conclusions obtained are: (1) Road performance on Jalan Ir. H. Juanda Pekanbaru City is included in the level of service C, the flow is stable, but the speed and motion of the vehicle is controlled, the driver is limited in choosing the speed. (2) The DS results obtained are 0.26 < 0.75 for one-way roads and 0.19 < 0,75 for two-way roads from Jalan Ir. H. Juanda Pekanbaru City, then the road has included fulfilling the provisions required by the MKJI in 1997.
