The City of Eligible Cities (KLA) program in Pekanbaru City has bee found in RTH Putri Kaca Mayang on Jendral Sudirman street. Green Open Space (RTH) as a means of socializing children with the environment. The method used in this research is the Quantitative Method. To prove the hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis with significant test f and t. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents using incidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. As for testing the instrument using the validity test and reliability test. This study examines the analysis of people's perceptions of Green Open Space (RTH) especially the Child Friendly Play Room (RBRA) using statistical methods with the t test results obtained by tcount of 3.370 with a significant 0.002. It can be interpreted that the community's perception of Green Open Space (RTH) in Fulfilling Child Friendly Play Space (RBRA) in the Child Friendly Cities (KLA) Program in Pekanbaru City with a percentage of 61.6% or good. Public perception states that the function of Putri Kaca Mayang is being moderate. There are still many shortcomings of the 9 indicators on Child Friendly Playing (RBRA) such as aspects of convenience. material, vegetation and safety as well as the location of Putri Kaca Mayang green space are still a problem for the community.
