Kelulushidupan Dan Hematologis Ikan Nila Srikandi (Oreochromis Aureus X Niloticus) Yang Diadaptasikan Pada Salinitas Bertingkat
Srikandi nile tilapia is a superior strain of fish. It is a hybrid between nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and blue tilapia (Oreochromis aureus). The purpose of this study was to analyze the survival and hematology srikandi tilapia fish were adapted to different salinity and to determine effective salinity in the maintenance of srikandi tilapia fish. The method used is an experimental method with a Randomized Divided Design (RDD) with two factors and three replications. The first factor is the increase in salinity, namely salinity 0 ppt, 5 ppt, 10 ppt, 15 ppt and 20 ppt. The second factor is the same fish. The results showed that the best treatment of salinity was 15 ppt, with a survival rate of 97,77% and hematology of srikandi tilapia with total erythrocytes 1,25x106 cells/mm3, hematocrit levels 16,33%, hemoglobin levels 4,57 g/dL, total leukocytes 4,25x104 cells/mm3, leukocrit levels of 2,33% and blood glucose 80,33 g/dL.
