Self-Management Pasien Penyakit Jantung Koroner Pasca Kateterisasi Jantung
Self-management of patient with coronary heart disease means as efforts to reduce behaviours which are potentially invited coronary heart disease and maintain treatment for the disease does not relapse or become worse. The purpose of the study was to know the picture self-management of patient with coronary heart disease post heart catheterization. Research methodology was quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the 30 respondents. Measuring instrument used was a a self-management questionnaire. The analysis of the study was univariate analysis. The results of this study indicate the majority of respondents aged 46-55 years old (15vrespondents, 50%), the majority gender is male (20 respondents, 66.7%), majority is secondary education (12 respondents, 20%), majority is work (18 respondents, 60%), the frequently time post heart catheterization in the six months (9 respondents, 30%). Self-integration majority is medium category (24 respondents, 80%), self-regulation majority is good category (18 respondents, 60%), the interaction with health professionals and other significant majority is good category (22 respondents, 73.3%), majority self-monitoring is good category (21 respondents, 70%), Adherence to Recommended regimen majority is good category (25 respondents, 83.3%), and self-management results are the good category (16 respondents, 53.5%). The expectation of the result of the study is acceptable as suggestion for coronary heart disease patient to do self-management, for example stop smoking, avoiding high fat food, take a walk for at least 30 minutes per day, and apply stress management.
