Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Pencapaian Indikator Keberhasilan Program Penanggulangan Tuberkulosis (P2tb):Penemuan Kasus Tb Di Puskesmas Se-Kota Pekanbaru
Tuberculosis is one of the world's public health problems, where the World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that each year there are still around 9 million tuberculosis sufferers with 3 million deaths from tuberculosis. Pekanbaru City has a case finding problem far below the national target. This study aims to analyze the factors that are associated with achieving indicators of the success of tuberculosis prevention programs: case finding. The research design used is descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The sample of this study is 63 respondents taken using total sampling techniques. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The analysis used is univariate analysis to determine the frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results showed that of 21 puskesmas, the case finding rate that met the target is 6 puskesmas (28.57%). While of the 63 respondents who had good knowledge as many as 34 respondents (54%), who had attended training as many as 29 respondents (46%), who had a high workload of 37 respondents (58.7), who carried out active screening as many as 56 respondents (88.9%), who have good attitude as many as 29 respondents (46%), who have good motivation as many as 32 respondents (50.8%). The statistical test results obtained by factors related to the achievement of the indicators of success of tuberculosis prevention programs: case finding in puskesmas is knowledge (p = 0.003), training of officers (p = 0.038), active networking (p = 0.008), motivation (p = 0.031). Workload factor (p = 0.145) and attitude (p = 0.337) have no relationship with the achievement of program success indicators: case finding. Therefore, the health department and public health center need to motivate officers to achieve case finding in accordance with the expected target.
