Analisis Efisiensi Penggunaan Faktor Produksi Gorden Di Kota Pekanbaru
This research purposed for knowing technical efficiency, price efficiency and economic efficiency of the curtain industry in the city of Pekanbaru. The data used are secondary and primary data. This secondary data was sourced from the Department of Industry and Trade of the City of Pekanbaru, while the primary data was obtained from a questionnaire conducted through interviews with 12 respondents of the curtain industry in the City of Pekanbaru.
This research uses descriptive quantitative methods through the analysis of cobb-douglas production function with the application of stochastic frontier production function and return to scale. Data processing using SPSS application version 23.0. The variables used are capital and labor in the curtain industry in Pekanbaru City.
The results showed that the variable capital and labor had a significant effect on curtain production. Technical efficiency is 0.99999304, price efficiency is 43.2705, and economic efficiency is 43.2702. While the Return To Scale value is 0.983, it means that the curtain industry in Pekanbaru City experiences a decreassing return to scale. With an economic efficiency value greater than one, it means that the efficient use of production factors has not yet been achieved. So as to achieve overall efficiency it is necessary to add proportional inputs.
