Analisis Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Desa Di Kecamatan Gunung Toar Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau Tahun 2015-2018

This study discusses to study and describe the village budget (APBDesa) in Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province in 2015-2018.
The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using village growth and income expenditure formulas, the ratio of village income and expenditure structure.
The results of this study illustrate the income earned by villages in Gunung Toar District, which is mostly needed in village funds sourced from the State Budget and from village fund allocation. While the source of income from the provincial financial assistance and the sharing of local taxes and levies received by villages in Gunung Toar District is obtained in an amount that is arguably a little. For income from original village income, in Gunung Toar sub-district there are only two villages that receive income from this source, namely Desa Teluk Beringin and Desa Seberang Gunung. Village expenditures in Gunung Toar Subdistrict, almost all villages spend 50% of their funds on development spending. Transportation is a top priority in Gunung Toar Village. The second priority is government spending. Spending in the field of community development is only budgeted in 2016-2018, while in 2015 this field expenditure is not budgeted. For spending on the field of community empowerment in Gunung Toar District, most villages have budgeted spending in this field from 2016-2018, but for 2015 very few villages have budgeted spending in this field.
