Analisis Struktur Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Desa (Apbdesa) Di Kecamatan Bandar Petalangan Kabupatenpelalawan Provinsi Riau Tahun 2015-2018

This study discusses to study and describe the village budget (APBDesa) in Bandar Petalangan District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province in 2015-2018. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using village growth and income expenditure formulas, the ratio of village income and expenditure structure.
The results of this study illustrate that the income earned by villages in Bandar Petalangan Subdistrict still depends on the transfer income, namely village funds and allocation of village funds. While the source of income from the financial assistance received by the village in Bandar Petalangan District was only obtained in 2015 with a sizable amount and in 2018 with a relatively small amount. For village income, the share of village original income in Bandar Petalangan Subdistrict only 2 villages received village income from this source, namely Desa Air Terjun and Desa Tambun. Village expenditures in Bandar Petalangan sub-district almost all villages spent 50% of their funds on village spending in the field of development. The field of development implementation is a top priority for village spending in Bandar Petalangan District, this can be seen from the amount of the budget spent on this field. The second priority is spending on government administration. Whereas village expenditure in the area of community development and community empowerment in Bandar Petalangan Sub-district is budgeted to be little or low.
