Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Pengembangan Karier Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Guru SMA/SMK Sederajat Sekecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak
The teacher is the most decisive component in the overall education system, which must receive central, first and foremost attention. Schools as a system have components that are related to each other and contribute to the achievement of goals. These components are students, curriculum, teaching materials, teachers, school principals, Middle School Teachers of the same level as other districts in Siak Regency, environment, facilities, facilities, learning processes and results or output. Teachers' high achievement motivation in working in a school will have a positive impact on both individuals and organizations or schools, and vice versa. This research is aimed at the presence or absence of the influence of leadership and career development partially on achievement motivation and the influence of leadership and career development together on achievement motivation.
This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all secondary school teachers equivalent in Kandis District, Siak Regency, amounting to 267 people. The number of samples needed, as many as 160 teachers using proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques in this research are. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.
The results showed that leadership and career development partially influenced teacher achievement motivation. Together the school principal's leadership and career development influence on the Achievement Motivation of Middle School Teachers of Equality in Kandis Siak Regency.
