This study aimed to determine the feasibility of Analysis Industry Wet Sago In District of Gaung Anak Serka Regency of Indragiri Hilir. Benefits of research as input or information for parties related to the development of wet sago industry, as information material for other researchers who want to research further in the same aspects and related aspects as well as to apply the knowledge that the authors obtain during the lecture. The population and sample in this study are the industry wet sago in district of gaung anak serka regency of indragiri hilir, which amount to 20 businesses. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through questionnaire methods, documentation method and observation method.The data analysis method used descriptive analysis which market and marketing aspects, technical aspects, and law aspects, while quantitative analysis was done to analyze financial aspects such as Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, internal of Return and Payback Period .The results of this study indicated that the non-financial at market and marketing aspects, technical aspects, and law aspects have been worth it to running and financial aspects criteria had been met, at In Collection the value of NPV amount Rp. 944.370.050,86, B/C Ratio amount 1,08 and IRR amount 14,63%, Payback Period is the fastest return in the last year. The results of this study Industry Wet Sago In District of Gaung Anak Serka Regency of Indragiri Hilir that from non financial aspect and financial aspect has 8feasible to run and be developed,
