Kalimat Imperatif Pada Cerpen Dalam Buku Tamsil Tanah Perca

This research is motivated with the aim of analyzing the imperative sentences contained in the short stories in the patchwork parcels. The method used in this research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study are note taking and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used in this study were to identify data in the form of imperative sentences, classify data, analyze and interpret, and present data in the form of research results. Based on this description, it can be concluded that in this study found an imperative sentence of 146 data. The data that has been found,is devided into sixtypes of imperative sentences, that is, imperative sentences-commands usually have 97 data, imperative-hope sentences/invitations have 15 data, imperative-omission sentences have 3 data, imperative-demand sentences have 6 data, imperative-the order contained 17 data, and the imperative-fine command sentence contained 8 data.
