This research aimed to analyze the structure, conduct and performance of the rubber market in Pemandang Village, Rokan IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The method used in the research is the survey method and sampling for traders using the census method. The results of this research were (1) the market structure seen from the market share, concentration ratio and herfindal index and by looking at the number of market participants and barriers to market entry, which is in an imperfect competition market condition which causes the bargaining position of farmers to be in a weak condition and farmers as recipients price. (2) Market conduct leads to imperfect market markets, prices set by traders, price correlations at the farm and factory level occur strong correlations and price transmission elasticities of 0.71. (3) Market channel marketing performance I is more efficient than marketing channel II. Marketing channel I produced a marketing margin of Rp3,283.34/kg, marketing costs of Rp1,150.28/kg, profit of 2,133.06/kg while marketing channel II of marketing margin of Rp3,498.61/kg, marketing costs amounted to Rp1,724.27/ kg, a profit of Rp1,774.34/kg. farmer’s marketing channel I share of 67.18% and marketing channel II of 65.08%.
