Abtrak: The place of research conducted at TK Negeri Pembina Pelangiran Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research begins with observation and preparation. This is done with the aim to know the situation and condition of learning outcomes early reading of the child as a subject of research, In addition in Pre-action activities, researchers provide early tests to students. Pre Action is done to determine the initial ability of the learners.Based on the result of the research, the ability of reading result of early child in Kindergarten Pengina Kecamatan Pelangiran Indragiri Hilir Regency on the initial observation on the indicator to know the pattern ABCD-ABCD total score 40 with percentage 50% enter in MB category, on indicator mention symbols of letters known number of score 40 with the percentage of 50% entered in the MB category, on the indicator recognize the sound of the initial letter of the name of objects in the surrounding number of scores of 40 with a percentage of 50% entered in the MB category, on the indicator mentioned group of images that have the same initial sound / letter The number of scores of 32 with percentage of 40% entered in the MB theory, the indicator to understand the relationship between the sound and the form of letters obtained the number of scores 31 with percentage 38.75% entered in the MB category, the self-reading indicator obtained the number of scores 30 percentage 37.5 % Entered in the MB category and on the indicator of the child able to write his own name obtained the number of score 29 de With 36.25% percentage included in MB category. Overall, the total score of 242 with the average percentage of 43.21% entered in the MB category.From the calculation of data analysis of the increase that occurred from pre-action to cycle I is 34%, from cycle I to cycle II is 42% and from pre-action to cycle II is 90%. Here it is seen that the increase is quite significant and does not need to be continued in cycle III.
