Kapabilitas Dinas Pariwisata Dan Budaya Kabupaten Kampar Dalam Pengembangan Potensi Wisata Di Waduk Plta Koto Panjang Kecamatan Xiii Koto Kampar Tahun 2019

Capability is something that must be owned by the Kampar District Tourism and Culture Office in developing Tourism Potential in the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir, District XIII Koto Kampar. The capability of the Tourism Office emphasizes on four indicators namely institutional, human resources, financial, and technical. To achieve maximum results in developing tourism potential in the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir, the Tourism and Culture Office of the Kampar Regency must become a government organization with a capacity first.
Related issues are the Capability of the Tourism and Culture Office of Kampar Regency in the Development of Tourism Potential in the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir in District XIII Koto Kampar 2019, and What are the inhibiting factors in the development of Tourism Potential in the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir in the XIII Koto Kampar 2019. The type of research that I use in this research is descriptive qualitative research.
The results showed that the Tourism and Culture Office of Kampar District had not yet become a government organization with a capacity and had not yet developed the tourism potential in the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir with the maximum associated with endorsements that did not explain and enhance interests as well as assisting the community in developing tourism potential. Because the inhibiting factor in the development of tourism potential in the Koto Panjang hydroelectric reservoir is a matter of promotion, accessibility, inappropriate tourism development and lack of adequate human resources
