ABSTRACT
The implementation of parole is a coaching program to integrate prisoners and correctional students into community life after fulfilling specified requirements. Activities to provide guidance for prisoners based on systems, institutions and ways of fostering which are the final part of the criminal justice system in the criminal justice system for inmates in Class II B detention centers have carried out the proper process in the concept of correctional facilities to foster prisoners to be better . Based on this understanding, the writer of this thesis formulates two problem formulations, namely: first, how is the implementation of parole applied in Class II B Rengat state detention center, second is the obstacle in implementing conditional release in class II B Rengat state prison
This type of research can be classified in the type of sociological (empirical), because in this study the authors directly conduct research at the location or place of study in order to provide a complete and clear picture of the problem under study. This research was conducted at Klengat Class B State Detention House, while the population and sample were Kasubsi and Prisoners. Data sources used are premier data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and literature study.
Based on the results of the research and discussion there is a process of implementing parole that was implemented in the state detention center class B B Rengat. As for the implementation process that is not running properly.
The conclusion that can be obtained from the results of this study shows that the Implementation of Conditional Exemption Applied in Class II B Rengat State Detention House has not fully refer to the Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 03 of 2018, and there are still obstacles for prisoners who submit applications parole, so it needs to be refined so that the implementation of parole applied in the State Detention Center Class II B can be implemented and evaluated so that in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 03 of 2018.
