This study aims to determine the effect of the Occupational Safety and Health Program, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the CV Anugrah Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study were all employees of CV.Anugrah Pekanbaru amounting to 55 people, because the population is relatively small / few then all populations are made the object of research, data collection using census methods and data analysis using multiple linear regression methods processed with the help of SPSS version 21.
Simultaneous regression test (F-test) and partial (T-test) showed that occupational safety and health, work environment and work discipline simultaneously and partially influence the Employee Performance on CV. Anugrah Pekanbaru. The contribution of the independent variable (occupational safety and health, work environment and work discipline) to the dependent variable (employee performance) was 67.6%.
The company must further improve employee performance through the employee's Occupational Safety and Health program, the Work Environment and the employee's Work Discipline. It is also hoped that company dreamers can improve the workings of employees in working by increasing training education so that employees can work more effectively and efficiently.
