This study aims to determine the fine motor skills of children in PAUD Terpadu Tollaburridho subdistrict white land rokan hilir district. The population in this study is children PAUD Tollaburridho which amounted to 40 children, this study sample as many as 15 children taken from class B1 aged 5-6 years. The media that will be used is newspaper sticking newspaper of secondhand child of fine motor ability. Technique of data collecting of this research is observation and performance test. Technique analyze data use formula of posrate and baserate. based on the results of the study there is an increase in fine motor skills by using the results before the cycle obtained an average of 41.00% average silus 1 51.11% and average cycle II 72.11% of the above average can be concluded that through the media attached to the former newspaper had a major effect on fine motor skills
