Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Halus Melalui Kegiatan Cooking Class Pada Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun Di Tk Satu Atap Kecamatan Kempas Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
The purpose of this research is to know the activity of cooking class in improving the fine motoric ability on children aged 4-5 years in one roof Kindergarten Kempas District Indragiri Hilir Regency. The subjects of this research are children aged 4-5 years, amounting to 13 children, consisting of 6 boys and 7 girls. Based on the observations in the field, obtained the average fine motor ability of children aged 4-5 years in the pre cycle that is equal to 39.74% with criteria begin to grow. In the first cycle researchers perform actions through cooking class activities decorate donuts, make sate fruit, and form sausage. The average obtained is 48.18%, still on the criteria begin to grow. Then, in cycle II the researchers continue the action through cooking class activities to make fruit soup, decorate bread, and make orange juice. As a result, the fine motoric abilities of children increased significantly by obtaining an average of 77.24% being in very well developed criteria. From the results of data analysis has shown the magnitude improvement of fine motoric ability of children from pre cycle to cycle II is 94.94%. This means that the child has started to do the cooking class activities creatively and varied.
