This research was conducted in the village district of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru Sail with the formulation of the problems that are (1) how to implementation raskin program at the village Of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru Sail ? (2) How is the response of the society toward raskin program at the village of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru Sail?. The purpose of this research is to know of the implementation Raskin program at the Village of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru Sail, and to know the response of the society toward Raskin program at the Village of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru Sail. The research was used descriptive quantitative research methods, the sample in this research was took by used the formula by solving took 10 % of the total population. To collect the data of the research by using questioner and observation the result of this research can be known. The result of this research can be known that Raskin Program implementation of the village district of Sail that was already good but lack of timeliness in the division of Raskin. The rice that society received was not good quality and less on target against society. While the response of the society towards toward the raskin program at the village district of Sail was already great, but some people are still disappointed toward the implementation raskin program mentioned.
