Uji Antagonis Jamur Isolat Lokal Riau Terhadap Beberapa Jamur Patogen Pada Tanaman Budidaya
Cultivated plants and ornamental plants are often attacked by pathogenic
fungi resulting in decline of population and crop production. Biocontrol with
antagonistic fungi is one of the most effective and environmental friendly
methods in suppressing the growth of plant pathogens. This study aimed to
examine the antagonistic activity of Riau local fungal isolate against some
pathogenic fungi on cultivated plants. Antagonistic test was performed in vitro by
dual culture method using fifteen Riau local fungal isolate against Fusarium
oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici, Ganoderma philippii, Ganoderma boninense,
Rigidoporus microporus and Colletotrichum sansevieria. The results showed that
Trichoderma sp. PNE 4, FER C1, and LLB07 exihibited highest activites in
suppressing the growth of fungal pathogen. Trichoderma sp. PNE 4 inhibited
mycelia growth of F. oxysporum 85.30%, G. philippii 100%, G. boninense 100%
and C. sansevieria 100%. FER C1 only inhibited R. microporus 50,39% and
LLB07 inhibited G. philippii 52,20%.
