Pengaruh Tingkat Suku Bunga Kredit, Inflasi Dan Pendapatan Perkapita Terhadap Permintaan Kredit Pemilikan Rumah Non Subsidi Pada Bank Btn Di Indonesia Tahun 2001-2018
ABSTRACK
This study aims to determine how the influence of lending rates, inflation,
per capita income on demand for housing loans at Bank BTN in Indonesia. This
study uses the independent variable credit interest rates, inflation, and income per
capita, with the dependent variable that is non-subsidized housing loan at Bank
BTN in Indonesia.
The data used in this study are annual data from 2001-2018. The analytical
method used is quantitative descriptive and analyzed partially or simultaneously
with multiple linear regression OLS approach which is processed using E-Views
version 10. From the test results show that credit interest rates and per capita
income simultaneously have a significant effect on non-subsidized housing loans
at BTN in Indonesia. Meanwhile, lending rates have a negative and significant
effect and per capita income has a positive and significant effect on nonsubsidized
housing loans at BTN in Indonesia. While inflation has no significant
effect on non-subsidized housing loans at BTN in Indonesia. In addition, the value
of adjusted R2 was 92% and the remaining 8% was influenced by other variables
not included in this research model..
