Analisis Perilaku Dan Kinerja Industri Kerupuk Ikan Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research purposed for industry conduct and industry performance fish
craker industry in Pekanbaru City. Data used in this study is primary and secondary
data is sourced from Cooperative service and UMKM in Pekanbaru City. This
research uses descriptive quantitative methods through the theory of Structure
Conduct Performance. In this model the variables used for calculation is Capital to
Labour, Price Cost Margin and internal efficiency (E-eff). The result of the research
noted that the fish creakers industry in pekanbaru is based Capital to Labour with an
average value 2,75% and the highest value of 10,11 while the smallest value of
0,28% including the labour- intensive industry, which relies more on labor in its
production. Then the performance of the fish crackers industry in the City of
Pekanbaru seen based on the price cost margin obtained a value of 56,77%. This
means the average ability to increase prices above production costs reaches 56,77%
and profits are not influenced by market share strength. The avarege efficiency-X in
the fish crackers industry in Pekanbaru is 59,6%, where the industry’s ability to
result added value to the input costs of the crackers industry in the City of
Pekanbaru is quite good.
