Pengaruh Dana Desa Terhadap Pemberdayaan Dan Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat (Studi Pada Desa Banjar Balam Kecamatan Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Tahun 2015-2018)

This study aims to determine the influence of the village funds to the empowerment of
the community of Banjar Balam Village and toknow the influence of village funds to improve
the welfare of the community of Banjar Balam Village Lirik Sub-district Indragiri Hulu
District.
The population in this study is the population in Banjar Balam Village amounted to
1638 inhabitants. The sample in this research is amounted to 94 respondents. Sampling
technique used in this research is to use purposive sampling technique that is how to take the
sample by deliberately that has been appropriate and meet all the requirements that have
been required. Methods of data collection in this study is to use questionnaires. This research
uses Structural Equation Model (SEM).
The results showed that: (1) Village funds has a positive and significant impact on
community empowerment. (2) Village funds has a positive and significant impact on the
improvement of people’s welfare.
