Pusat Pelatihan Jasa Bangunan Di Pekanbaru Berdasarkan Prinsip Desain Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe

ABSTRACT
The building services training center in Pekanbaru is a place for construction
workers to improve their work competency that is certified. There are still many
uncertified construction workers recorded in the construction workforce profile in
LPJK (2015), the number of uncertified construction workers in Riau Province
reaches 124,158 people. Designing a building services training center is very much
needed in Pekanbaru because there are still many construction workers who must
be trained and educated by giving them special skills in a not too long time and
producing concrete evidence in the form of certification. The training center that
functions as a place to train work competencies that are suitable for its functions is
in line with the principles of Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe who prioritizes the
function and simplicity of form. Through the concept of Regularity (Order)
buildings can show the characteristics of the workings of construction workers and
the relationship with the principles that prioritize functions and buildings that are
training and educational.
