Analisis Pola Konsumsi Masyarakat Desa Lubuk Raja Kecamatan Bandar Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau Tahun 2019

This study aims to determine how the pattern of food and non-food consumption
of Lubuk Raja villagers and to determine the source of consumption of the people inside
and outside the Lubuk Raja village.
This study uses Primary and Secondary data from 2018-2019. Primary data were
obtained from questions given to the Lubuk Raja villagers through questionnaires related
to research, while secondary data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of
Riau Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by collecting secondary
data and primary data that have a close relationship with the problem under study and
then interpret it descriptively in order to obtain an overview of the problem under study.
Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the consumption patterns of the
Lubuk Raja village community belonged to the moderate category, this can be seen from
the large proportion of expenditure for food compared to non-food expenditure. Based on
the results of the study it can be concluded that the consumption expenditure of the Lubuk
Raja villagers originated more from outside the village than within the village, this was
due to the unavailability of the basic needs of the village community such as grain, egg
and milk nuts, oil and coconut, ingredients drinks, spices, other food ingredients,
processed foods and beverages and cigarettes in Lubuk Raja village.
