This research aims to know the system profil sharing of the rubber
farmer's efforts, the income level of rubber tappers and the income of land owners
in Rawang Empat Village.
The population of this study was 57 people who shared the results, and the
sampling used the Census sample method, that is all people who carried out the
profit sharing became the sample. The type of data used is primary data and
secondary data. Data collection techniques using interview techniques,
questionnaire techniques, and documentation techniques. The methods of analysis
used in this research is descriptive and quantitative using income formulas.
The results of this research describe the profit sharing system found
Rawang Empat Village Bandar Petalangan District Pelalawan Regency, there are
two systems, the first is a ½ profit sharing system (equal sharing between
landowners and tapper) and the second is a profit sharing system 1/3 (1 part for
farmers of land owners and 2 parts for farmers tapper), with details of different
cost of dependence by each party. Based on the distribution of rubber plantation
yields between land owners and farmers tapper it can be concluded that the size
of the tapping farmer’s income and owner according to the amount of
responsibility of each party. The dependency incurred by the land owner is
greater than that of the land owner in Rawang Empat Village, Bandar Petalangan
District, Pelalawan Regency.
