Analisis Penawaran Kue Kering Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this
study was to determine the factors that influence the supply of pastries in the city of
Pekanbaru. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. The
analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, partial and
simultaneous analysis of multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 23
program. From the results of test conducted, t test show, the price of a negative and
significant effect on the supply of pastries while the variabel production costs and
price of the other goods have a positive and significant effect on the supply of
pastries in the city of Pekanbaru. By using the F test shows the variable price of
cookies, production costs and prices of other goods together affect the supply of
pastries in the city of Pekanbaru. Besad on the calculation of the coefficient of
determination (R2) of the supply equation 0,810. It means that 81% of the offer of
cookies in the city of Pekanbaru is influenced by three independent variables, namely
price, production costs and price of other goods. While the remaining 9% is
explainted by variables other than price, production costs and prices of other goods.
