Analisis Penawaran Kue Kering Di Kota Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study is to find out how the price and production cost factors affect
the supply of pastries in Pekanbaru City. This study uses Primary and Secondary data
from 2015-2020 which is secondary data and is taken from the Industry and Trade Office
of the City of Pekanbaru and the City Cooperatives and UMKN Office, besides that this
study also uses primary data obtained from questions in give to producers through
questionnaire questions related to research. This study uses quantitative descriptive
methods by collecting secondary data and primary data that have a close relationship
with the problem under study and then interpret it descriptively to obtain an overview of
the problem under study. Based on the results of the study concluded that the results of
this study found that statistically the price had a positive and significant effect on the
offer of pastries in the city of Pekanbaru. if production costs are high then the number of
offers is also high. This is because the production costs incurred to produce pastries are
based on the number of pastry offers themselves and producers offer their products
according to consumer demand and in this study the price of pastries is positively related
to the supply of pastries, it means that the higher the price, the supply of cookies will
increase and vice versa if the price increase, the number of cookies offered will increase.
If the pastry industry entrepreneurs more maintain the quality of the quality of their
products and pay more attention to the cleanliness and neatness of their employees, it is
hoped that they can increase again and expand the area of promotion of pastries to
increase the income of pastry entrepreneurs.
