ABSTRCT
This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication,
motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction and employee performance of
PT. Citra Riau Sarana I Bumi Mulya, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan
Singingi Regency. The population in this study includes all employees at PT. Citra
Riau Sarana I, totaling 138 people.
Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove
the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis
(path analysis) with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that
has been chosen is the purposive sampling method (103 employees of PT. Citra
Riau Sarana I).
The results showed that interpersonal communication, work motivation
and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of
employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana I. Interpersonal communication, work
motivation, work discipline and employee job satisfaction have a positive and
significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana I.
Interpersonal communication, work motivation and work discipline have a
positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction
of employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana I. Interpersonal communication has a
stronger influence compared to work motivation and work discipline in achieving
job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Citra Riau Sarana I.
