This study aims to determine the effect of capital on the business development
of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Blacksmith Industry in Tambang District,
Kampar Regency. This research data obtained from the method of presenting data
from the results of respondents' responses (questionnaire) and data obtained from
respondents 63 samples.
Statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.
There is an influence of capital, labor on blacksmith business development in
Tambang District. This means that capital, labor and work ability, manpower is able
to increase business development.
Based on the results of the study showed a positive and significant
relationship, then any increase or improvement to capital, labor and work ability, it
will increase business development. This is evidenced by the results of a partial test (t
test) with a significant level above 0.05 capital variables with the value of Sig.
(0,015)
