Pemanfaatan Tepung Daun Lamtoro Gung (Leucaena Leucocephala) Yang Difermentasi Dengan Rumen Sapi Dalam Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus)
Asian catfish (Hemibagrus nemurus) is a type of public water fish that has a
relatively high economic value and has the potential to be developed as cultivated fish.
The development of good fish farming requires a continuous supply of good quality
feed. This study aims to determine the effect of using lamtoro gung leaf meal
fermented beef rumen fluid as a feed ingredient on feed efficiency and growth of
Asian catfish fish seeds. The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD)
with five treatments and three replications, while the treatment was the ratio of
fermented Gung lamtoro leaf flour and soybean flour in feed, while the treatments
were P0 (0: 100%), P1 (10:90), P2 (20:80), P3 (30:70), and P4 (40:60). The fish seeds
used are 2.0 grams per head, the fish rearing container is a cage with a size of 1x1x1
m3 and a stocking density of 20 fish / m3. The test feed was given three times a day as
much as 10% of the biomass and was carried out for 60 days. The results showed that
the fermentation of lamtoro gung leaves had an effect (P
