Desain Sistem Plambing Pada Gedung Hotel The Zuri Pekanbaru

Plumbing system is one of the important components that cann’t be separated
from the building. Plumbing system is used for supplying clean water and
drainage of waste water in a building without causing pollution. The Zuri Hotel
Pekanbaru has planned evaluation of plumbing system that includes clean water,
hot water, waste water, vent, rainwater and sprinkler. The steps of evaluation has
consisted of preliminary study in the form of literature studying, collecting and
processing data, drawing and determining a budget plan. This evaluation shows
that clean water needs is 246.984 liters/day and the production of waste water is
197.587,2 liters/day. The diameter of the used pipes of the clean water, hot water,
waste water, vent, and rainwater are ¾ inches, 1 inches, 1¼ inches, 1½ inches, 2
inches, 2½ inches, 3 inches, 4 inches, 5 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches. To prevent
building fire, this building has required 654 head of sprinkler. the required
budget plan for evaluation of plumbing system in The Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru is
Rp2.236.255.621.
